Personalised programming in addition to our classes
For our Performance Members, CrossFit is a way of life and provides constant motivation and drive to improve not just their physical fitness, but all areas of their life.
Our group class programming is varied and well-rounded to ensure that our members continue to develop their strength, skills and conditioning and stay functionally fit throughout their lives.
Performance Membership provides you with additional programming to assist you to develop your weaknesses and achieve personal goals.
You will work with the one of our expert coaches and receive 3 sessions of skill, strength and/or conditioning programming each week to be completed during Open Gym or at home.
