What will my first time in your gym be like?
On your first visit, one of our coaches will give you a tour of the facility and then we’ll conduct your Initial Assessment.
The purpose of the Initial Assessment is to:
- Find out about you, your body and your goals
- Tell you about our processes and recommendation to help you reach those goals
- Get you started with the appropriate membership
This meeting also includes a full body movement assessment and discussion regarding any injuries or niggles that you have.
Each new member then moves onto a series of Personal Training sessions. The number of sessions required and content of the sessions is different for each person and will be discussed during the assessment.
What is "CrossFit"?
CrossFit is a full body strength and conditioning program, designed to make you fitter and stronger.
It is the training methodology that we use to program our group classes.
We will not recommend that you join our group classes, unless it is the right and best option for you.
I’m not in very good shape… can I come to your gym?
We have a variety of health and fitness solutions, including group classes, personal training, individualised design and nutrition coaching.
We have an appropriate option and are able to help most people who come to us. There is no requisite fitness level needed to get started.
If we can’t help you, we will know and refer you to someone who can.
What’s your drop-in policy?
Travelling CrossFitters are always welcome to come and train with us! If you will be in Brisbane for a while, speak to us about a temporary membership.
Our drop in fee is $20 per session.
Please contact us at least 24 hours beforehand to ensure that we can accomodate you.
