Linda joined us in October 2021 and works with Coach Hannah remotely from Perth.
When Linda joined us, her primary goal was weight loss and she had secondary goals of improving strength and fitness.
Very soon, Linda started to enjoy and could see the benefits of feeling stronger and fitter and her focus changed from weight loss to improving her performance.
Fast forward 14 months, Linda has now lost 25kg, has improved her vital health markers (blood pressure and cholesterol) and is feeling great!
Step by step, she has transformed her life and how she feels by implementing small sustainable habits, one by one.
