A little progress each day adds up to big results
Chris joined us in June this year and usually trains with us in the morning.
He was quite new to CrossFit when he joined us and it has been a pleasure watching his progress over the last few months. Chris always comes into the gym with a positive attitude, is open to being coached and puts in a consistently great effort.
As a result, his fitness has come leaps and bounds – he is now moving through full ranges of motion, he has learned to kip and is performing full olympic lifts.
Progress can be difficult to see day to day, and Chris is a great example of how little progress each day adds up to big results over time.
